Vice President,  Performance Improvement

In her capacity as Vice President for Performance Improvement, Dee Caudel manages all of i3Logic’s Instructional Systems Design (ISD) resources.

At any given time, i3Logic employs upwards of 35 strategic resources, which provide our clients with a vast amount of experience in the principles of instructional system design, while also offering a wide range of subject matter expertise in various industries and disciplines.

Dee has been in the performance improvement industry for more than 20 years. She joined i3Logic’s management team in April, 2007, when i3Logic merged with BEI Consulting. Dee co-founded BEI Consulting with i3Logic’s current Executive Vice President, Vicky Jarosz.

A truly gifted communicator, with a range of experiences in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries, Dee serves i3Logic customers in a variety of ways, from senior level ISD initiatives to personal business coaching & consulting.

Dee received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan – Dearborn, majoring in Psychology, History and Political Science. In 1996, she earned her Master’s in Instructional Technology from Wayne State University.
