Peter Kelley

Co-Founder /                       Executive Vice President

Peter Kelley is a Co-Founder and Executive Vice President of i3Logic. He brings a noted career in the advertising and internet industries to his role, which oversees business development, marketing and software product development strategies for the company.

Since purchasing the company in 2004 with his business partner, Rom LaPointe, Peter has overseen all aspects of the company’s re-branding initiatives. Under his guidance, i3Logic has transformed into a leading, human performance improvement consulting organization. Peter’s ultimate vision is to take i3Logic’s best-in-class successes, working with Fortune 500 companies in custom training development, software deployment, and change management stewardship, and packaging those capabilities and services into a comprehensive approach to benefit mid-market clients.

Throughout his career, Peter has focused on reaching underserved markets. After a 10 year nationally award-winning career as an Art Director for two local advertising firms, Peter founded Portfolio-Detroit in 1993. A division of MacTemps, Inc., Portfolio focused on marketing high-end creative talent to companies on a contract basis. The concept, which started with three pilot offices, was enormously successful, resulting in dozens of offices being opened worldwide. Ultimately, the organization was rolled up with parent, MacTemps to form the current Aquent, Inc.

Following Portfolio, Peter began immersing himself in the early stages of the internet industry. Overseeing the creative and marketing groups for AKA Detroit Interactive Group, he developed a clear sense of internet methodologies and practical business applications. The knowledge and experience he gained served him well as marketing and operations executive with GlobalLink New Media, later acquired by Rare Medium, Inc. (NASDAQ: RRRR), where he served as Senior VP and General Manager of the Detroit office.

Over the coming years, Rare Medium’s leadership requested that Peter shift his focus to developing and managing the product and creative capabilities of one of their newly incubated companies, ePrize, Inc., now a leading global provider of online permission-based marketing solutions.

Of all the facets of his diverse background, it is his experience in marketing and software development that has served i3Logic so well. Peter has been the driving force behind the design and development of i3Logic’s community building software suite, Via>Grapevine. He also has overseen the development of i3Logic’s new website site and branding message.

A 1987 graduate of the University of Michigan, Peter earned his Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Graphic Design, Photography, and English. His wife, Kathy, currently serves as i3Logic’s Director of Finance. The couple has two boys, Liam and Aidan.
