Theresa Morris

Director,  Performance Improvement

In her capacity as Director for Performance Improvement, Theresa Morris manages all of i3Logic’s Instructional Systems Design (ISD) resources.

At any given time, i3Logic employs upwards of 35 strategic resources, which provide our clients with a vast amount of experience in the principles of instructional system design, while also offering a wide range of subject matter expertise in various industries and disciplines.

Theresa has been in the performance improvement and business process consulting markets for more than 10 years. She joined i3Logic’s management team in February, 2010, after being a key contributor to i3Logic projects for 3 years.

An out-of-the-box thinker and with a range of experiences across financial services, healthcare, and pharmaceutical industries , Theresa serves i3Logic customers in a variety of ways, from senior level ISD initiatives to consulting.

Theresa received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan – Dearborn, majoring in Business Administration. She earned her Master’s in Education (Performance Improvement & Instructional Design) from University of Michigan.
