Executive Vice President, Operations

Vicky Jarosz serves as the Executive Vice President of Operations at i3Logic. She is responsible for the oversight of the production, quality, scheduling and project management groups. Vicky also serves as the Practice Lead for i3Logic’s Change Management consulting practice.

Vicky joined the i3Logic team in April, 2007, when the performance improvement consulting practice she co-founded, BEI Consulting, merged with i3Logic. The merger capped a successful three year business partnership between i3Logic and BEI in which the two firms collaborated for the benefit of national and international clients.

“The merger brought together two companies with different, yet complimentary, strengths,” Vicky said at the time of the merger. “Together we provide greater value to our customers, more opportunities for our employees, and much greater potential for growth.”

Vicky has extensive experience in facilitating and leading teams in process analysis and redesign, team building, and in quality program development and implementation within the service and manufacturing industries.

Prior to forming BEI Consulting, Vicky was Director of Computer Integrated Systems for CDI Corporation-Michigan/Modern Engineering, a world leader in automotive and aerospace engineering services. She managed several large projects including selection, customization and implementation of Modern’s computerized ERP system, implementation of Modern’s first CAD system including facilities planning, hardware selection and installation, installation and configuration of CADAM/CATIA, and design, selection and installation of a company-owned communication network.

Vicky holds a BBA with majors in Quality Management and Computer Science from Central Michigan University. She also received her Project Management Certification (PMC) from CMU.

A former president of the Michigan chapter of the International Society of Performance Improvement, Vicky has been honored numerous times with ISPI awards. Most recently, Vicky was the project lead for a change management intervention with Teacher’s Credit Union. The program overseen by Vicky was awarded ISPI’s Award of Excellence.
