The Business of Social Media: An Executive Roadmap

The “The Business of Social Media: An Executive Roadmap” workshop is a highly interactive one-day workshop designed to provide executives and business leaders with a proven process to guide their organization in the appropriate and effective implementation of rapidly changing social media technologies and direction on their application.

This facilitator-led workshop will:

media as a means to an end; an enabling technology that

   and its desired state.

>

can use throughout the workshop to record the impact of
social media technology on various functions within their
   organization.

>

get involved to gain visibility and influence, and participate
as an author to get followers and advocates.

>

readiness to adopt social media within their organizations.

>
Provide opportunities for dialogue between participants
and with the facilitators on issues they are facing and steps
