The Bridge to Change
There are many pathways that can be taken from Point A, the present state, to Point B, the future state. The key is to find the right path to move as quickly and deliberately as possible toward the future state and the expected business results.
Our Bridge to Change provides the mechanism to build such a path. The goal is to identify all of the interventions that will be needed to affect change and improve performance. In many cases, this means that the future state as defined (i.e., skills training) becomes one of several interventions along the pathway aimed at improving performance.
What differentiates our Bridge process from other change management processes is our systems approach to change. Bridge is just one of the integrated critical processes in our Change for Results™ change management system. The others are:
